Money-Back Guarantee: sealed, unused bottles can be returned within 3 months of your order date. Email care@knockdiabetes.com or call 8105784545 with your order ID or invoice and bank details, then ship the sealed bottles to our Dharwad office (return shipping is paid by you). We refund the price paid for the returned bottles, less the GST charged on the order, to your bank account within 7 working days of receiving them.
Damaged, tampered, expired or wrong items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or a short video, and we replace or refund them at no cost. Opened or used bottles are not eligible. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
