Order and delivery questions

Once your order is dispatched we send an email and/or SMS with your AWB (tracking) number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You will also get SMS alerts when it is dispatched, out for delivery and delivered.
Orders placed before 12 noon IST (Mon–Sat) are usually dispatched the same or the next business day. Orders placed after 12 noon, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will get your tracking details as soon as it ships.
Orders placed before 12 noon IST (Mon–Sat) are usually dispatched the same or the next business day. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days to metro cities, 4–6 to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and 5–8 to remote areas. We currently ship only within India, and you will get an email/SMS with a tracking (AWB) number once your order ships.
Delivery can be delayed by weather, public holidays, courier disruptions or an incomplete address. Please call our logistics team at 9945295803 or email care@knockdiabetes.com with your order number and we will look into it promptly.
Yes. Call 9945295803 to reschedule. The courier usually attempts delivery twice before the parcel returns to us, and for Cash on Delivery orders please keep the balance amount (after the ₹199 paid online) ready.
Do not open or use the product. Take photos or a short unboxing video showing the issue and the packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no charge to you.
