Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Sushrut Ayurved Industries ("we", "us", "our") under the brand name Sugar Knocker at knockdiabetes.com and its associated Shopify store.

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

Products & Pricing

All Sugar Knocker products are Ayurvedic/herbal dietary supplements registered with FSSAI (Lic. No. 11225999000230). They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged for an order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual packaging may vary slightly.
• We endeavour to maintain accurate stock information but cannot guarantee availability. If a product is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and our email confirmation.
• We accept payment via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• COD orders carry no cash handling charge: ₹199 is collected online (any payment method) towards delivery charges, and the balance is paid to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. Refusing a COD order after it has been dispatched may result in restriction of future COD availability for your account.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you before processing and give you the option to pay the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Returns, Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Money-Back Guarantee: sealed, unused bottles may be returned within 3 months of the order date. The refund is the price paid for the returned bottles less the GST charged on the order, paid by bank transfer within 7 working days of receipt. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Damaged, wrong, expired or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery and are replaced or refunded at no cost.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software - is the property of Sushrut Ayurved Industries or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this website without express written permission from us. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offence.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or databases.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools on this website.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Resell our products for profit without a valid wholesale or distribution agreement with us.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, or taking prescription medications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide this website and its content on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharwad, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of this website after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
