Shipment Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 noon IST on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and dispatched the same day or the next business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched, including an AWB (airway bill) number for tracking.

Delivery Times

We ship pan-India via trusted logistics partners including Delhivery and Shiprocket.

• Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days
• Remote / rural areas: 5–8 business days

These are estimated timelines from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement. Actual delivery may be faster in many cases.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
• Prepaid orders below ₹499: flat ₹49 shipping charge.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): no cash handling charge. Pay ₹199 online towards delivery; the balance is paid at delivery.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• An email with your AWB (tracking) number and a link to the courier's tracking portal.
• An SMS alert at key shipment milestones (dispatched, out for delivery, delivered).

Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

• Natural calamities, floods, or extreme weather events.
• National or regional public holidays.
• Disruptions at the courier network level (strikes, peak season volume).
• Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Undeliverable Orders

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier will typically attempt delivery twice. After failed attempts, the parcel is returned to our warehouse.

• Prepaid orders: We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charge may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
• COD orders returned: No refund is applicable for COD orders refused or returned without a valid reason. Repeated refusals may result in COD being disabled for that delivery address.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most pin codes across India. Availability is determined at checkout based on the delivery address.

• COD is free: we do not take any cash handling charges.
• We collect ₹199 online at checkout (via any payment method) to cover delivery charges.
• The remaining balance is paid at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready.
